Senior Team Leader - Supported Living (Office Hours)

Radis Community Care is looking for a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader to join our Supported Living service in Huddersfield. In this role, you will oversee the provision of tailored support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and mental health issues.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience and NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with the ability to work independently while supervising Support Workers and managing care tasks.
