Salary: £25,269 - £26,438 per annum (pro rata, including SEN)
Role OverviewAs a Senior Teaching Support Assistant you will work directly within classroom teams under the guidance of the class teacher. Your role will involve supporting pupils in their educational and life development, helping create a positive learning environment, and contributing to the high standard of education for autistic learners.
Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in delivering the curriculum to autistic pupils.
- Support pupils' educational and personal development within the classroom.
- Help maintain a positive learning environment and manage pupil behaviour.
- Assist with planning and assessment of pupil progress.
- Collaborate with other support staff and professionals to promote pupil wellbeing.
