Senior Talent Partner: Leadership Hiring & Strategy

Odin is expanding its senior hiring capability to source and place leadership and high-impact roles across Product, Engineering, Sales, Design, Ops, and Finance. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will own end-to-end processes, build pipelines, map markets, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
