Senior Talent Partner: Corporate Functions (Legal & People)

Nscale in London is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for Corporate Functions, with a focus on Legal and People hiring. You'll own hiring plans, market mapping and delivery across senior and specialist roles, and personally run high-impact searches.

This is a hands-on role requiring data-driven decisions, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build world-class hiring benchmarks in a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment.
