Job Description
Senior Talent Partner - Central London - Major Fashion Retail Group

Salary - £55K-£65K

I am partnering with a leading fashion retail group to appoint an experienced Senior Talent Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation's end-to-end recruitment strategy.

This is a highly visible, project-led role, ideal for a hands-on talent professional who thrives on building recruitment capability from the ground up, leading complex initiatives and driving operational excellence alongside high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including building teams from scratch
  • Own and deliver key talent projects, ensuring recruitment processes, systems and data are fully implemented and embedded
  • Manage the implementation of a new ATS, including system setup, migration, user adoption and optimisation
  • Redesign and implement selection and assessment frameworks, with clear evidence of previous delivery
  • Relaunch and refresh the careers site, ensuring strong employer branding and candidate experience
  • Create, review and standardise job descriptions across the business
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, scalable hiring solutions
  • Ensure all roles, candidates and processes are accurately managed and maintained within the ATS
About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior Talent Partner or Senior TA Manager within retail, fashion or a fast-paced consumer environment
  • Strong evidence of project delivery, particularly building recruitment functions, teams or processes from scratch
  • Demonstrable experience implementing or re-implementing an ATS
  • Track record of designing and embedding selection and assessment methodologies
  • Comfortable working at pace, juggling delivery and strategic projects simultaneously
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and systems-savvy

This role would suit someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading meaningful change and leaving a lasting recruitment legacy.

If this sounds like you, I would love to hear from you.
