Aufgaben

As a Senior Talent Manager, you will play a key role in building, integrating, and further developing our global Talent Management vision and portfolio including the related processes. You will ensure that talent potential is identified early, fostered effectively, and that robust succession pipelines are in place. In addition, you will contribute to shaping the Talent Acquisition process from a strategic, high-level perspective and thus drive the entire talent journey within our organization. To digitally enable the Talent Management processes within our HRIT landscape, you work hand in hand with our HR Systems team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build, integrate, and continuously improve global Talent Management & Development processes, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors
  • Design succession planning strategies, including risk analysis to ensure sustainable succession pipelines
  • Lead and manage international projects within the Talent Management area
  • Act as a sparring partner for managers and HR colleagues in implementing and embedding processes globally
  • Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Talent Acquisition process
  • Collaborate with global HR Teams to design talent programs
  • Define and monitor relevant KPIs to measure process effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement

Profil
  • University degree, ideally with a focus on HR, psychology, or business
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic and operational HR, including at least 2 years in Talent Management, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong process affinity and proven experience with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to drive complex topics end-to-end
  • Hands-on mentality with a high level of self-organization, drive, and strategic thinking
  • Intercultural competence, strong communication skills, and confident stakeholder management
  • Fluency in German and English (both minimum B2 level); additional languages are an asset

This position offers a competitive salary based on your specific qualifications and relevant professional experience.

We are legally required to specify a minimum salary. According to the collective agreement (woodworking industry), the minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 51,795 on a full-time basis.
