Senior Talent Management Leader - Growth & AI Enablement

Squarespac is seeking a Principal Talent Management Partner to shape performance, growth, careers, and development across the company. You will own end-to-end talent management programs and connect strategy to scalable experiences that help employees grow and managers lead effectively.

In this role you'll design performance frameworks, lead talent discussions, use data to improve programs, and leverage AI to modernize talent delivery while partnering with People Business Partners and leaders
