Omnea is scaling rapidly and is hiring a Senior Talent Lead to own end-to-end GTM recruiting, from sourcing to close. You'll map and outreach to candidates, design processes, and partner with senior leaders to define success profiles and role specs.

You'll build a high-quality hiring engine, coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and creating campaigns to attract top 1% talent while embedding AI to improve outcomes.
