• Hiring trainee, graduate and experienced salespeople into our T&M business
• Direct sourcing high-potential and proven sales talent (active + passive)
• Targeting candidates from high-pressure, performance-driven environments
• Running structured, competency-based interviews
• Using our 3-stage IR (Interview & Review) process to assess candidates
• Improving that process using data, insight and AI tools
• Building pipelines of high-quality candidates, not large volumes
• Working with hiring managers to maintain high hiring standards
Requirements
- Experience hiring salespeople, recruiters or commercial talent
- Strong ability to identify resilience and long-term potential
- Experience in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Comfortable rejecting candidates who don't meet the standard
- Experience using structured or competency-based interview processes
- Interest in improving hiring decisions using data and technology
