Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Legal

A well known, global law firm are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This will be an EMEA role delivering between 80-100 hires per annum and will be responsible for a team of 7. This team focus on recruiting for the Fee Earning areas of the business.
This role will combine day-to-day delivery with team leadership ensuring that the company consistently attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent in a fast-paced and evolving legal market. It'll also play a key role in driving best practice, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and adapting the recruitment approach to meet the needs of the business.
Another key part of the role will be to improve the reputation and delivery of the function to ensure a 1 st class recruitment offering for the company.
We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Managers that have experience of working within the legal or professional services sectors. This individual must also have very strong team management experience as well as being a custodian of culture for the team. Change management and strong stakeholder management / relationship skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Solid experience managing legal recruitment within a law firm/ professional services.
- Strong understanding of legal recruitment markets across international jurisdictions.
- Strong relationships of key agencies in the legal profession
- Existing relationships across recruitment teams in the legal or professional services industry, sharing best practice and thought leadership.
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrable planning, co-ordination, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised and methodical with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify, communicate and resolve complex issues.
- Existing team leadership capability, including a focus on regular, clear and actionable feedback.
- A motivated self-starter who is delivery-focused
- Flexible, adaptable, resilient, patient, calm under pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Comfortable dealing with areas of conflict to resolution and delivering pragmatic, commercially-sound solutions; a decision-maker.
- Emotional intelligence: ability to adapt communication style and approach to suit the audience.
- A desire to continuously learn and self-improve and a strong ambassador for the wider HR and Learning team.
