As aSenior Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting our propertyand valuations service for both our Audit Quality Team andnon-audit advisory clients. Want to make a realdifference?

What You'llDo:

• Work with UKaudit teams to review valuations and challenge key assumptions. Howwould you approach these critical discussions?
• Lead meetings with audit teams, clients, and advisors toensure clear communication. Can you effectively drive collaborationacross diverse teams?
• Deliver valuationreports, assessing risk and reasonableness. How do you ensureaccuracy and insight in your reports?
• Supportnew business efforts through tenders, proposals, and pitches. Areyou ready to help grow the firm?
• Providemarket insights and real estate training to audit teams. Could yoube the go-to expert on property trends and compliance?
• Assist with non-audit advisory engagements including tax,rates, due diligence, and strategic reviews. How do you managediverse advisory projects efficiently?
• ConductCapital Allowances assessments. Do you have the expertise to leadin this area?

WhatYou'll Bring:

• MRICSqualification with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Valuation experience across multiple property classes andsectors. How diverse is your portfolio of expertise?
• Solid knowledge of RICS Valuation Standards, IVS, and theUK National Supplement.
• Proficiency invaluation methods and technical issues. How do you apply yourskills to deliver high-quality work?
• CapitalAllowances knowledge and experience.
• Understanding of commercial leases, ESG, and constructionissues. Are you comfortable navigating complex legal andenvironmental factors?
• Strong time management,relationship-building, and presentation skills. Can you balancemultiple tasks while maintaining top-tier clientservice?
