Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Commercial Property Management Location: Cambridge

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading the day to day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio
  • Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
  • Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
  • Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
  • Identifying and delivering asset management initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
  • Producing clear, high quality client reporting
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members
What They're Looking For
  • MRICS qualified
  • Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, or equivalent
  • Confident, professional communicator with strong client facing ability
  • Commercially minded, organised and proactive
  • Ambitious individual keen to contribute to team and wider business growth
  • Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
  • Car allowance and excellent benefits package
  • Full time, Monday-Friday
