Senior Support Worker: Mental Health & Neuro Rehab Lead

Cygnet Paddocks in Widnes is seeking an outstanding, compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team. You'll work 42 hours per week across days, nights and alternate weekends, with 12 hour shifts from 8:00am to 8:30pm or 8:00pm to 8:30am.

This role supports men with ABI and complex mental health needs in a specialist neuropsychiatric setting. We value calm, resilient professionals who can deliver safe, person centred care and contribute to a supportive team.
