We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker or Team Leader to join a high-performing team focused on excellence in childcare and staff development.

Role & Responsibilities

Leadership: Foster a positive, hard-working environment for a committed team of support workers.

Development: Mentor staff and ensure the team has full access to industry-leading training and career development.

Care Standards: Maintain the "Good" Ofsted status by ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and therapeutic care.

Operations: Support the registered manager in the daily running of the home, including shift leading and care planning.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader in a Children's Residential setting.

Credentials: Must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and be willing to work toward Level 4/5.

Transport: A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory due to the home's location and the need to transport young people.
