Senior Support Lead - Supported Living

Swanton Care & Community Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Worker to lead daily shift operations in Middlesbrough. The role involves providing practical and emotional support to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.

You will be responsible for care planning, medication management and safeguarding, while promoting independence and community engagement. A driving licence is desirable and training may be provided.
