Senior Support Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Senior Support Engineer, you will deliver Level 1 and 2 IT support to both internal and external users. Your responsibilities will include maintaining IT infrastructure, performing preventive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, resolve, and escalate support tickets efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Maintain Servers, network infrastructure, and backup systems
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
  • Advocate for IT best practices and promote cybersecurity awareness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced IT support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune
  • Experience with Linux systems, VMware, networking, and cybersecurity tools
  • Fluency in French and German (minimum B2 level), with strong technical English proficiency
