Job Description
Senior Support Engineer
Role Overview:
As a Senior Support Engineer, you will deliver Level 1 and 2 IT support to both internal and external users. Your responsibilities will include maintaining IT infrastructure, performing preventive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, resolve, and escalate support tickets efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Maintain Servers, network infrastructure, and backup systems
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
- Advocate for IT best practices and promote cybersecurity awareness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune
- Experience with Linux systems, VMware, networking, and cybersecurity tools
- Fluency in French and German (minimum B2 level), with strong technical English proficiency
