Senior Supervisor, Day Services: Lead a Compassionate Team

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Supervisor for a leading disability service in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The role leads the staff team, ensures high-quality, person-centred care, and supports service users to live fulfilling, independent lives.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, implement individual plans, and develop services in line with HIQA standards. A Level 8 qualification and supervisory experience are required, with a full driving licence and a strong commitment to compassionate care.
