Senior Study Oversight Leader (FSP & CROs)

Amgen Inc. (IR) is seeking a Senior Manager Study Oversight to provide strategic country-level oversight of FSP resources and performance. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, monitor metrics, and mentor Study Oversight Managers to ensure compliant trial delivery across sites and global stakeholders.

You will lead governance across FSPs, support inspections, and push continuous improvement to strengthen operational efficiency and sponsor relationships.
