This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the commercial, industrial, health, leisure, retail, and residential sectors. You will play a key role in delivering innovative designs while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

- Lead the structural design of new build projects across multiple sectors
- Prepare detailed calculation packages to support project delivery
- Undertake structural inspections and prepare engineering reports across the UK
- Attend and represent the company at design team meetings and site visits
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Manage project assessments and prepare fee proposals where required
- Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE) or close to achieving chartership
- Minimum 4 years UK-based consultancy experience
- Strong design expertise across structural materials, foundations, and retaining walls
- Proficiency in TEKLA and TEDDS software (essential) with AutoCAD experience required
- Knowledge of current technical standards including Eurocodes
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Willingness to travel across the UK for site inspections and meetings
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in REVIT and Roads & Sewer design is desirable but not essential
