Deliver senior strength and conditioning support across Cardiff Met Sport performance programmes, including individualised programme planning and delivery, multidisciplinary collaboration, use of diagnostic and athlete-monitoring systems, input into programme planning, and guidance of placement students and graduate practitioners.

This role aligns most closely with IQF Level 6 because the practitioner leads elements of physical preparation planning and delivery, designs and reflects on individualised programmes, provides technical expertise within a multidisciplinary performance team, uses diagnostic and athlete-monitoring systems, and manages and guides placement students and graduate roles. The role demonstrates substantial autonomous scientific-practitioner responsibility, but the advert does not indicate strategic responsibility for the wider department or accountability for the decision quality of other established practitioners that would justify Level 7.
