Exciting opportunity to join the Strategy team at Lloyd's, acting as an internal strategy consultant you will ensure a consistent, joined-up approach in the development and implementation of Lloyd's strategy, as agreed by the Executive team and Lloyd's Council.

To lead engagement on strategic initiatives with managing agents and brokers, market and internal working groups across the life cycle of initiatives to ensure effective delivery.

To provide technical market support for managing agents' wishing to develop their global business at Lloyd's - working with key market development and operational staff at Lloyd's and managing agents.

Partner with Oversight functions to support the development and implementation of key workstreams as they relate to the Lloyd's strategy.

Help to create and maintain an effective capability across the Lloyd's global network, providing support to regional directors and individual offices where required.

Support the Strategy Analysis team in reviewing market trends and developing solutions to inform Lloyd's strategy and support profitable growth in the market.

Enhance strategic delivery to include creation of real time business propositions and support materials to articulate the strategic value of Lloyd's more clearly to current and prospective market participants and investors.

Consult broadly with the market to identify challenges, test proposals and achieve market support for initiatives.

You will be expected to contribute proactively as a senior member of the Strategy team, communicate and collaborate to foster a 'one team, one message' approach to the market. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate strong leadership to the market, gaining their trust and confidence in the Corporation's ability to help them succeed. This combined with the right behaviours, and motivational and inspirational leadership to develop members of the strategy team.
