Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Data-Driven Portfolio

NorthMark Strategies is seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager to join the Group Strategy & Operations function. The team builds business models and provides stochastic modelling capability to support the portfolio and drive data-driven decision making.

This is a generalist role for a self-starter who turns ambiguity into practical action, supporting portfolio businesses and internal teams with strategy execution, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
