Gallagher is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager (Specialty Lead) to join our Strategic Bid Management Team in the UK. You will lead complex, high-value bids, shaping opportunities from early stages through submission and post-bid review.

You will partner with senior leaders, producers and subject matter experts to deliver differentiated client propositions, establish governance and drive best-in-class bid practices across multiple concurrent pursuits.
