Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Ilkeston

16 hours per week

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do

You'll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. In addition to customer service you will be hands on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, unpacking and stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and prepared for order fulfilment. You will also be accountable for supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience and may need experience as a keyholder or supervising team members.

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock and keep the store clean.
• Prepare orders and maintain efficient service during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
• Proactively sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
• As a keyholder, open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team and provide short term supervisory cover when needed.
