Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder)

Location: Derby South (Peak Drive)

Hours: 20 hours per week

What you'll do

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• You'll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, while also handling deliveries, warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
• You'll support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, requiring experience as a key holder or supervising team members.
• You'll be responsible for opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks to the team and providing short term supervisory cover when needed.
• You'll remain proactive by selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
• You'll help prepare orders, keep the store clean, handle deliveries and unpack stock efficiently.
• You'll provide outstanding customer service, staying efficient during busy times and asking the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
