Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

What you'll do

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) - Manchester Ancoats, 30 hours per week, full time.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must manage early starts and late finishes.

Some experience as a key holder or supervising team members is needed; retail experience is not essential.

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Hands on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, provide short term supervisory cover when needed.
• Provide outstanding service during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
• Be proactive - sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.

Hard work and a positive attitude are more important than experience.
