Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) - Milton Keynes Bletchley

20 hours per week. Must live locally and be able to commute easily to the store. Store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do

You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, as well as handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders. The role involves warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a safe working environment in all seasons.

• Get stuck in: Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are more important than experience.
• Provide outstanding service: Offer a great experience while interacting with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
• Ask the right questions: Show genuine interest in customers' projects so you can help them find everything they need.
• Be proactive: Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, sign customers up for deals and competitive prices.
• Keyholder responsibility: Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short term supervisory cover when needed.

Experience as a keyholder or supervisor of team members is required, though retail experience is not essential.
