Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

What You'll Do

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Aylesford - 15 hours per week. The role requires living locally and a manageable commute. Store is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; early starts and late finishes are part of the schedule.

• Serve as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers locate products and providing excellent service.
• Engage in deliveries, unpack stock, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide accountability and support to colleagues, ensuring a great customer experience; some keyholder or supervisory experience is required.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and offer appropriate solutions.
• Be proactive by selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for great deals and competitive pricing.
• Keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short term supervisory cover when needed.
