This exciting role puts you at the heart of technological progress, working alongside international experts to bring groundbreaking SiC solutions to life. Your contributions will directly support global efforts to reduce energy consumption and power the technologies of tomorrow.
  • Drive innovation by planning, designing, and evaluating advanced process experiments (including DoEs) to refine and optimize SiC technologies
  • Define unit process requirements and develop forward-thinking process control and test structures for robust electrical performance
  • Take the lead in coordinating frontend development lots - from split planning to trial routes - ensuring smooth transitions from lab to fab
  • Shape the future of power semiconductors by defining process flows and translating new technology concepts into scalable production solutions
  • Leverage your analytical skills to interpret electrical test data and guide physical analyses that boost performance and reliability
  • Contribute to innovation not just technically, but strategically - supporting project management tasks and generating valuable intellectual property


You are a self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You pursue ambitious goals and generate value with your ideas and solutions. You communicate openly, clearly and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation within your team other stakolders.

Your toolkit for success includes:
  • A university degree (Master or above) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor technology development
  • Knowledge of wide bandgap semiconductors is a plus
  • Project management experience is of advantage
  • Full English proficiency. German language or the willingness to learn is beneficial
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
