Senior Staff Engineer Technology Development (f/m/div)

We are looking for a technology development engineer who will be driving innovations on technology, device and system level, shaping the next generations of High-Voltage Power MOSFETs as part of a global development team. In your new job you will:

• Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products
• Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolMOS or CoolSiC together with the process integration group
• Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Villach
• Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations
• Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window
• Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable
• 5+ years experience in technology development or process integration
• Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics
• Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments
• Experience in project management as an advantage
• Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills and ideally basic German skills and/or willingness to learn it

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. When staffed in Austria, the employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills. For the employment at our Kulim and Penang sites we need a statutory work permit approval from the Malaysia Immigration Department.
