Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000+, depending on experience + discretionary bonus

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts

Prepare journal entries and own month-end close

Financial statements and reporting

Handle AP/AR processes and monitor aging

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Assist with audits and ensure GAAP compliance

Partner cross-functionally to improve financial processes

What You'll Need to be Considered

Degree in Accounting or relevant accounting experience REQUIRED

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central

CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA is a plus

Strong general ledger and month end ownership experience

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Collaborative, team-first mindset
