The Ivy Collection in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to be the right hand to the Head Chef, leading the kitchen from the main pass and guiding the team through busy services.

You will ensure every dish meets our high standards, manage wastage, GP, and labour, and champion health and safety while mentoring kitchen staff.
