Senior Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen & Team Growth

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead a large kitchen team, ensuring top-quality dishes and seamless operations across all outlets. The role reports to the Executive Head Chef and requires strong leadership, supervision, and a focus on hygiene standards within a luxury hotel environment.

You'll deputise for the Executive Head Chef when needed, train and develop the kitchen team, and work closely with all hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
