Senior Sous Chef: Lead High-Volume Kitchen & Team

Vacherin is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead a busy staff restaurant at Investec, delivering 500 covers daily across retail, plated, and buffet offerings. The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume setting and close collaboration with the Head Chef.

You will coach a team of 3 Chef de Parties, ensure food safety, stock control, and cost management while maintaining top quality and presentation during peak service.
