Senior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Senior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant. You must have worked to 2AA rosette level or higher in a quality 4 or 5 Hotel/restaurant. You will be a talented and confident leader who can deputise for the Head Chef.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs and Run Kitchen in his absence.
• Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
• Strong Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury 4 or 5 Hotel or high end restaurant
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working to 3AA rosette or Michelin level
• Good attention to detail
• Ambitious and career orientated
