Senior Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel Kitchen Lead (Sponsorship)

Hastings Hotels is seeking a reliable Sous Chef to join the Everglades Hotel kitchen in Northern Ireland. You will support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring Hastings standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene are met.

Hours are 45 per week, five shifts out of seven including weekends, typically 12pm-10pm. Salary is £35,000 per annum; sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates.
