Senior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Seasonal Menus, Free Golf

Only Chefs Ltd is seeking a Senior CDP or experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in a busy golf centre. You will oversee service, ensure smooth operation when the Head Chef is away, and mentor the team.

Deliver varied menus from high-energy breakfasts to elegant 3-course events, while maintaining impeccable quality and HACCP standards. This is an in-person, full-time role with structured rotas and overtime paid.
