Senior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen & Training (HACCP)

Talbot Hotel Clonmel, Part of Talbot Collection, is recruiting a full-time Sous Chef to join the team on site in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland.

You will supervise staff in the Head Chef's absence and ensure HACCP controls are followed, while maintaining high standards of cookery.
