Senior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen & Menu Development

The Fork & Wheel in Midleton is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll work closely with the Head Chef, leading day-to-day operations and helping shape menus, costing, and supplier relationships.

You'll mentor staff, drive high standards of food safety, and contribute to the ongoing development of the kitchen and business, in a supportive, collaborative environment.
