Senior Sous Chef - Lead Innovative Kitchen at Modern Pub

Brunning & Price Limited's The Mallard in Tidbury Green is recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef and help shape the kitchen culture as the pub reopens this Autumn 2026.

You will run the kitchen, drive new dishes, and lead the team, with basic up to £37,000 a year plus tronc and a £2,000 OTE bonus, paid overtime and excellent cash tips.
