Senior Sous Chef - Lead, Create, and Elevate Fresh Menus

Perkins Bar & Bistro in Plumtree, just south of Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our family team. You will support the Head Chef, deliver high-quality food, lead service in their absence, and contribute to menu development and seasonal specials while mentoring a kitchen team.
