ETM Group in London invites a passionate Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen of Trattoria Poeta, launching in 2026. Work under Head Chef Glenn Gillings and Executive Chef Ben Spalding to deliver outstanding Italian dining using premium ingredients.
