Senior Sous Chef - High-Volume Defence Catering Lead

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef at Wattisham Airfield to lead daily feeding and function activities. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure high-quality meals for service personnel, and maintain top hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a proven Sous Chef or senior chef with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, capable of managing budgets and adapting to changing schedules.
