Senior Sous Chef - Flexible Hours, Rosette Kitchens

The Scotsman Group, Scotland's largest hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join one of our fantastic venues. You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management and help drive high standards across the kitchen.
