Senior Sous Chef - Care Home Kitchen Lead, £5k Bonus

Midford Manor Care Home in Bath is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work with our Head Chef, delivering restaurant quality dining for residents using fresh, seasonal ingredients and maintaining high culinary standards in a warm, family run environment.

The role is full-time with a 4 days on / 3 days off rota, 10 hour shifts, alternate weekends, no late evenings and no split shifts. Overtime is paid at £16.50 per hour, and there is a £5,000 joining bonus.
