Senior Sous Chef - BBQ Kitchen Leader & Path to Head Chef

Hickory's Smokehouse in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and help develop into Head Chef. You will lead the brigade to deliver our authentic BBQ menu in one of the town's busiest restaurants.
