This is not just an implementation role; it is an opportunity to design scalable, AI-driven security workflows that solve critical business problems. You will bridge the gap between customer requirements and product innovation, prototyping solutions that shape the future of Snyk's platform and ensuring our customers build secure software at an enterprise scale. What You'll Do: Partner with strategic accounts from pre-sales to post-sales to design, estimate, and build scalable integration solutions that embed Snyk into complex enterprise environments. Lead in-depth discovery workshops and architecture design sessions to align customer workflows with Snyk's platform technology and best practices. Innovate on product direction by collaborating with the Product organization to rapidly prototype AI-assisted features and custom integrations that solve unique customer challenges. Shape and execute strategies to drive deep adoption of the Snyk Platform, helping customers integrate security data into their existing business systems and CI/CD pipelines. Create and present high-quality technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and reference architectures that establish thought leadership and industry best practices. Develop and utilize AI-powered tools to enhance integration efficiency, minimize false positives, and provide real-time insights into customer security postures. Act as a technical advocate, building deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders to ensure long-term value and success. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or solutions architecture, with a proven track record of managing enterprise clients. Deep understanding of software development, SDLC, and DevOps methodologies, including hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab). Proficiency in writing code and scripts (Python, JavaScript, or Shell) to independently build, test, and troubleshoot complex integrations. Experience architecting and implementing cloud solutions, with the ability to scope and document detailed business and functional requirements. Strong familiarity with AI-driven analysis or tools to proactively identify vulnerabilities or automate configuration generation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into clear business value for executive-level stakeholders. It'd Be Awesome If You Also Have specific experience in a post-sales technical implementation role for an AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps product. Are passionate about the intersection of AI and security, with experience prototyping AI-based features or recommendations. Enjoy contributing to the technical community through public speaking, publications, or open-source projects. Possess a "do whatever it takes" attitude to unblock projects and a passion for helping customers succeed. Can whiteboard a complex architecture diagram in front of a room full of engineers without breaking a sweat.
