Choose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Your locationYour locationIndustriesChoose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.# Senior Solution Architect - IT/OTCambridge Your role In this role you will play a key role in: Designing and architect integrated OT solutions, utilizing technologies like Digital Twins, IoT applications, and Industrial Protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) Select and configure appropriate Azure or AWS services based on project requirements Develop and implement Python scripts and Virtual Machines to automate tasks and optimize processes Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (Engineering, Operations, OT, IT) to understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals Stay current with the latest advancements in OT/IT convergence and emerging technologies Your profile Strong experience of performing a solution architecture role within an engineering, OT, manufacturing or telecommunications environment Strong knowledge and application of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, analytics, AR/VR, asset tracking solutions, cyber security, digital twins, digital control towers etc. Technically leading complex projects throughout their complete lifecycle from requirements capture to handover and knowledge transfer Experience of working within a large-scale organisation, able to work as part of a team, excellent organisations and time keeping skills, strong written and verbal skills Experience in business transformation projects Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong understanding of Industrial Automation and control systems Expertise in OT network protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA, MQTT) Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWSIf you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply, your unique experience could be just what we need Declare they have a disability, and Meet the minimum essential criteria for the role.
