Senior Solicitor, Contentious Wills & Estates

Weightmans is seeking an accomplished Solicitor to join our Disputed Wills, Trusts and Estates team in Manchester. You will handle a wide range of contentious probate matters, including will validity disputes, trust disputes, and administrator challenges, working with partners and senior lawyers.

You will manage a busy caseload with limited supervision, guide junior colleagues, and contribute to business development activities.
