Senior Solar Project Development Lead

Lightsource bp in the UK and Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead project development from early stage through financial close. You will manage an active pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive processes that improve efficiency and our competitive edge.

The role requires deep knowledge of solar development, land rights, project finance and strong stakeholder management across DNOs, landowners, EPCs and investors.
